Refund policy
We take pride in our "Collector-Grade" shipping and accuracy. Because we deal in both high-demand comics and long-tail collectibles, our policies are tailored to the specific nature of the items.
Cancellations & Shipping
- All Sales Final: Once an order is placed, it is considered a commitment. We do not accept customer-requested cancellations or "change of mind" requests.
- No Combined Shipping: To maintain our fulfillment routine, we cannot combine separate orders or adjust shipping rates after checkout. Shipping is calculated by weight at the time of purchase and is final.
Returns & Exchanges
- Toys & Collectibles: For non-media items (Action Figures, Funko Pops, Toys), we offer a 90-day return policy for unused/unopened items. Use the Return Portal at the bottom of this page.
- Comics, Books & Media: We do not accept returns on Comic Books, Graphic Novels, Books, or Magazines. Our automated system will decline return requests for these categories.
Damage & Shipping Errors
If there is an issue with your order, please use our Contact Us Page immediately so we can resolve it:

In-Transit Damage: While our packaging keeps transit issues to a microscopic minimum, all shipments are backed by our internal logistics safety program. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation of BOTH the outer packaging and the actual product so our team can open a claims review file.
Validated transit damage requires a physical return of the merchandise. Our claims team will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the item is received and audited at our facility by our inspection team, a final resolution will be issued exclusively in the form of Store Credit. Minor cosmetic imperfections (including minor corner dings, superficial dents, or printing/factory errors) are inherent to comic distribution and do not constitute grounds for credit or replacement. - Wrong Item Received: If we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, contact us right away. We will provide a pre-paid label for the return and ship the correct item to you at no additional cost (or issue a refund to the original payment method if a replacement is unavailable).
Submit a return request
(Note: This applies to Toys & Collectibles only)
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account: In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned and physically inspected by our team, your refund will be processed.
