When Ben 10 #1 dropped in May, our order volume skyrocketed—and when Avengers Armageddon landed in June, that demand doubled again! At its peak, we were handling roughly 20 times our normal order volume.
We are a small, family-owned team, so an influx like this was unprecedented for us. As a result, processing times have taken longer than usual. However, we have been working nonstop, and we are moving through our backlog faster every single day to get your books into your hands.
We want to share a few quick updates on where things stand and how our shipping process works:
Quality First: We Don't Cut Corners
While we are moving as fast as humanly possible, every single comic is individually inspected, carefully packaged, and fully insured before it leaves our hands. We refuse to rush or compromise on the safety of your books to save a few minutes.
First-Come, First-Served Basis
We guarantee that all physical orders are strictly processed in the order they were received (first come, first served). The only exception to this rule is digital items (like digital gift cards), which process automatically through our system.
Automated Queue Updates (Every 5 Days)
To keep you in the loop on our progress without you needing to manually reach out for updates, we have automated progress notifications:

Every 5 days that an unfulfilled order remains in our system, you will receive an update email.

This email will display the most recent order number processed so you can compare it against your own order number and see how close you are to the front of the line.

Important Note: Due to Shopify platform limitations, these automated 5-day update emails will only apply to orders placed on or after August 1st. Orders placed prior to August 1st will not receive these retroactive notifications, but please rest assured your order is in the pipeline and moving forward sequentially!
Delivery Estimates vs. Guarantees
Please note that while we provide estimated delivery windows at checkout, these are strictly estimates based on normal operating procedures. We do not guarantee that any order will ship or arrive at an exact time or date. Rest assured, as long as your order is in line, it is moving steadily toward fulfillment.
