Shipping & Handling at Black Dragon Comics

At Black Dragon Comics, we are collectors first. We know there is nothing worse than receiving a long-awaited comic only to find it damaged by flimsy packaging. That’s why we’ve designed a premium shipping process to ensure your books arrive in the same condition they left our shop.

The Black Dragon Standard

For all items shipped directly from our warehouse, we provide:

  • Heavy-Duty Packaging: We use sturdy, crush-proof Uline boxes (not flimsy bubble mailers).

  • Internal Protection: High-value books, including Ratio Variants and Signed Editions, are secured with corrugated pads for maximum rigidity.

  • Order Protection: Every single order we ship includes full coverage at no additional cost to you. In the rare event of transit loss or damage, we take care of you directly with store credit.

We process orders Monday – Friday. We are closed on Weekends and Holidays. Most orders are fulfilled within 2 business days depending on volume.

Rate Update (Effective October 15, 2026):

Starting October 15, 2026, we are moving back to Carrier Calculated Rates. Live real-time shipping rates will be automatically calculated and provided at checkout by USPS or UPS based on your specific delivery address and total order weight.
