The catalog that our Subscription and Pre-Order app that provides the Toys and Collectibles information that gets displayed has become unreliable at this point in time.
For now, if there are funko pops, action figures or statues that you are aware of that you would like us to pre-order for you, please provide us the information including the UPC (barcode) and we will confirm if it is something we can get for you and we will create a pre-order outside of our app for these items.

Important Pre-Order Details
We're just as excited as you are to get these awesome items into your hands! However, there are a few important things to keep in mind regarding pre-orders:
- Publisher/Distributor Restrictions & Allocation: Sometimes, publishers or distributors may place restrictions on certain items, or quantities might be limited, leading to allocation. While we'll always do our absolute best to fulfill your pre-orders, we cannot guarantee that we will receive every item due to these external factors.
- Delivery Times: For most items that are not comics or graphic novels, please note that they may take anywhere from 3 to 6 months to arrive after your pre-order has been submitted. This is due to varying production and shipping schedules for these different product types.
