Earlier today, a technical mistake occurred within our system that unfortunately caused products to be incorrectly removed from our online storefronts (e.g., our website, marketplaces). We understand this can be frustrating, especially if you were looking to snag that new release or a classic back issue!
The Good News?
The problem has been identified and the mistake has been corrected! Our technical team has put the necessary fix in place.
What's Next?
While the core issue is resolved, we are currently in a process where the correction has to run through the entire program. Think of it like a giant digital inventory check!
