A Quick Update from Black Dragon Comics: Power Outage and Shipping Delays

We're sending out a quick heads-up regarding an unexpected issue at the Black Dragon Comics warehouse today. We experienced a major power outage this afternoon, which forced us to halt all operations for several hours.

While we're working to get everything back to full speed, this interruption will have a couple of temporary effects on your orders and our inventory processing:

1. Temporary Shipping Delays

Since the power outage stopped all pulling, packing, and label-printing, we lost a significant amount of processing time today.

Because of this, we are anticipating a slight delay in fulfilling and shipping out recent orders. Please know that getting your packages out the door is our top priority, and we'll be working hard to catch up starting immediately. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we get back on schedule!

2. Massive New Arrivals Taking Longer to Check In

This week brought us one of the largest new arrivals shipments we have ever received—a truly massive influx of incredible new titles and restocks!

The power outage has unfortunately slowed down our critical process of sorting, scanning, and checking in all this new inventory. It's taking us a bit longer than usual to get everything processed and ready to be listed on the website.

Rest assured, the comics are safe, and we are mobilizing our team to tackle this mountain of books and get that massive new arrival list checked in and available for you as soon as possible!
