Important Update Regarding Order Fulfillment at Black Dragon Comics

Dear Valued Customer,
We are writing to inform you of some unexpected delays currently impacting our order fulfillment process at Black Dragon Comics.
Our usual pick-up and drop-off location is experiencing electrical issues, forcing them to close earlier than usual each day. This, in turn, affects our Inventory Delivery Drivers who are unable to consistently drop off inventory on time.
These delays with incoming inventory have a domino effect on our fulfillment process. Our Inventory Team, responsible for inspecting items for damage, bagging, boarding, and storing incoming comics and collectibles, is experiencing delays waiting on the delivered inventory.
As a result, the Shipping Team may, in some cases, need to ship partial orders while they wait for the Inventory Team to finalize the remaining items. Additionally, the Shipping Team itself is encountering some delays in expediting orders.
We understand how frustrating these delays can be, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience they may cause. Please be assured that both our Inventory and Shipping Teams, along with myself, are actively working on adjusting our processes to minimize these delays as much as possible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this unforeseen situation.
