We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

ITEM IN-STOCK

If the item you ordered is in-stock, your order will be processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information.

ITEM ON PRE-ORDER

If the item you ordered is on Pre-Order that means you have either ordered an item that has not been released yet OR you have ordered an item that is currently out of stock but is being offered again.

  • New Item - Your order will be processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of the items release date. Releases are subject to change without notice. This is out of our control.
  • Offered Again - Your order will be processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of the item arriving at our store.

During the Holiday Season, please expect delays. Delays can be caused by a high volume of orders or by the Shipping Carriers experiencing problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $250 that are shipped to a U.S.A address. Oversized items and items with shipping restrictions do not qualify for free shipping.

We use USPS or UPS for all domestic orders.

If the actual shipping cost to ship your item is more than you paid for, we will send you a separate invoice to pay the difference. We will not ship your order until that invoice is paid. If no payment is received within 7 days we will cancel your order.

Local Delivery

We are currently not offering Local Deliveries. This is a service we do hope to offer in the future.

In-store pickup

We are currently not offering any In-store pickup or visits. This is a service we hope to offer soon.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We use USPS and UPS for all international shipping.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Black Dragon Comics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

It will ask for your email address and order#.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. They do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you should use a P.O. Box address, your telephone number must be included on the label. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept any returns on Comics, Graphic Novels or Magazines.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Comics, Graphic Novels or Magazines.
