Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders with a subtotal of $75 or more. However, we do have restrictions. Free shipping is only available for USA customers whose shipping address is in one of the following:
Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Washington DC, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Verginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
We do not offer free shipping to the following USA locations:
- American Samoa
- Marshall Islands

When will my order ship if I place an order for in-stock items?
We process and fulfill orders (picking, packing, and shipping) based on when the order was placed.
Day order was placed = Day order will ship
- Friday = Monday
- Saturday = Monday
- Sunday = Tuesday
- Monday = Tuesday
- Tuesday = Wednesday
- Wednesay = Thursday
- Thursday = Friday
Major holidays may delay shipping by 1 business day. Transit time dempends on teh shipping method selected at checkout.
When will my merchandise ship if I place an order with backordered or pre-ordered items?
Arrival times vary for all backordered, pre-ordered and "Coming Soon" items. We no longer charge upfront for pre-order items. When your item arrives at our store, you will receive an invoice based on your settings (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly). Once payment is received, your order gets put into rotation at the time of payment.

Yes! We have thousands of satisfied customers all around the world. We will gladly ship to most countries.

How can I track my order?
It's easy! Just sign in to Your Account, and select the Order# to see tracking information for the tiems that have shipped.
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. The rates that you see are calculated by the Carriers and are the exact cost to ship the items. We do not mark up shipping rates.
Every now and then the calculated rate at checkout is not the same as the rate that we receive when shipping your package. If our team sees that there is a faster and cheaper service then what you paid for, they will select that option and refund you the difference in shipping cost. When this happens the refund is usually between $0.50 and $1.00.
We use United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) for domestic shipping.
International Duties, Taxes, and Regulations
You are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Black Dragon Comics is not responsible for these charges. Certain products may have restrictions or other regulations that may prohibit delivery to your country.
