A reluctant Cale Isaacs and his team of scientists are forced to rejoin Vortex Force as Hurricane Brandon continues to leave a path of devastation across the Southwest. In order to save the country, President Amanda Keller is forced to make a decision that could, ultimately, end up destroying it.

As the now radioactive Hurricane Brandon begins to fight back, Cale is forced to admit to the Project Zephyr team that he is ultimately to blame for the disaster. Now it is a race against time to outthink his meteorological doppelgänger before it destroys him and the entire continent. Rated T+

In the rubble of Project Zephyr, the 'Nado Ninjas discover a battered Cale Isaacs and the remnants of his team. Together, they devise a plan to stop Hurricane Brandon once and for all, a Storm that now covers half of the northern hemisphere with its center located directly above Wyoming!

The final battle ensues in the Man-Vs-Nature-Vs-Man saga of Brainstorm. Having reunited with his old friend David, Dr. Cale Issacs and the 'Nado Ninjas make their way to Devils Tower where they will directly confront the terrifying intelligence of Hurricane Brandon in the thrilling climax.
