  • If for any reason you are not delighted with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened items sold by Black Dragon Comics within 90 days from the receipt of your shipment for a prompt refund or replacement. Policy details are subject to change without notice.

Policy Details

  • Since Black Dragon Comics deals with popular collectibles, some merchandise may sell out. If so, we might not be able to send a replacement and will give you a refund instead.
  • We do not except returns on Comic Books, Graphic Novels, Books and Magazines.
  • Items purchased in bulk, defined as purchases with three quantities (or more) of the same item, are not eligible for returns.
  • Authorization of a return will be at the discretion of Black Dragon Comics. In the case of orders of three or more of one item or low-priced items, other options may be pursued. Photo documentation may be required.
  • Depending on the return reason, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the items plus applicable tax. This credit will not include any original shipping and processing charges unless the products are damaged when you receive them. Your credit will appear after Black Dragon Comics receives and processes your returned item, as long as the item meets all criteria stated in this return policy. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear in their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for any refund to show up on your statement.
  • The Black Dragon Comics Hassle Free 90-Day Return policy does not apply to orders shipped to any agent or forwarder on your behalf. The client is responsible for any loss or damages after an order has been delivered to the original delivery address.

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1.  Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
