Technical Issue

Our website is powerd by Shopify.

We have been informed by a handful of customers about an issue involving Checkout and Login.

If a customer does not have an account and they click the Checkout button they are asked to create an account. This is normal.

After creating an account and proceeding to Checkout, the website is logging them out and having them log back in. This loop continues for a few times.

We have notified Shopify of the issue and they are currently investigating what could be causing this.

One possibility is that the email address used to create an account is either NOT VALID or has NOT BEEN CONFIRMED.
